Shape of Oz is a daily puzzle game for iPhone and Android. It is built to collect nothing.

What we collect

Nothing. The app has no account, no sign-in, no ads, no analytics, no crash reporting and no tracking. It does not use your location, contacts, photos or any other personal information.

What stays on your phone

Your guesses, statistics, streak, settings and whether you have bought the unlock are stored only on your device. Deleting the app removes them.

Network use

The game works fully offline. The only network use is an in-app purchase, which is handled by Apple's App Store or Google Play under their own privacy policies. We never see your payment details.

Notifications

The optional daily reminder is off until you switch it on. It is scheduled on your phone; nothing is sent from a server. You can turn it off in the app or in your phone's settings.

Sharing

If you tap Share, the app hands a short text (for example "Shape of Oz #42 · 4/6" and the distances of your guesses) to your phone's share sheet. Where it goes from there is your choice.

Children

The app collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
